  • We accept payments via Twint/Bank Transfer.

  • Prices include VAT (where applicable) in accordance with Swiss tax law.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You may cancel a booked session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

  • Group programs and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by law.

5. Client Responsibilities

You acknowledge that:

  • Coaching is a process designed to support personal and professional development.

  • You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

  • Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and you should seek professional help for such matters when necessary.
