About Me
Originally from South Africa and now proudly rooted in Switzerland for over 30 years, I bring a truly global perspective to leadership, coaching, and people development.
With more than 25 years in luxury retail — having grown from the shop floor to executive leadership — I’ve gained a deep understanding of what drives exceptional customer experience, meaningful mentorship, and sustainable team performance.
As an accredited coaching professional with the International Coaching Academy and a member of the ICF, I combine proven expertise with a passion for empowering individuals and teams to unlock their full potential.
My entrepreneurial journey began with Metis Consulting in Zurich, and later expanded to South Africa with the founding of the PCFR Institute, where we introduced the country’s first accredited apprenticeship for professional customer-facing representatives. Now back in Switzerland, I’ve launched Coach Revival, the coaching and training arm of Metis, dedicated to helping leaders and teams grow with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
I’m often described as empathetic, focused, tenacious, gritty, and humourful — qualities I bring to every coaching session, workshop, and partnership. Beyond business, I mentor non-profit organisations and have served as a senior counsellor for a mental health telephone support charity.

Metis was born from a vision to redefine how retail and luxury teams connect, serve, and sell. With over 25 years in the luxury industry, I bring expertise from the shop floor to executive leadership, combining global experience with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and training.
Building on my second venture, The PCFR Institute in South Africa, Coach Revival, Metis’ coaching and training arm, has been launched to equip brand ambassadors and entrepreneurs with the confidence, etiquette, and skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences — consistently and under any circumstance.
Beyond the corporate world, Coach Revival works with job seekers and non-profit organisations, providing tailored training and development opportunities.
